Scheduling

Dr. John's office is open during the following hours:

Mon. - Thur.:       9.00 - 12.00 and 14.00 - 18.00

Fri.:                    9.00 - 12:00  plus appointments by special arrangement

Appointments: We pride ourselves on being able to see you at your appointed time, and we will try not to inconvenience you by making you wait.

In return, we ask that you please be on time for your appointments. No charge will be made for rescheduling an appointment provided that you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

We will be happy to schedule a periodontal/implant evaluation at your convenience. Please call 0211 866 00 22 to make an appointment

When you call the office under 0211 866 00 22 you will most likely speak to the office manager, Frau Sally Goetsches or Frau Anne Maurischat, my practice administrator.

We will ask you a few questions to allow us to prepare for your first visit and answer any questions you may have about the practice. We attempt to schedule your first appointment as quickly as possible, which is usually within a week. In emergency cases, we will attempt to see you on the same day.
